The hotel is located in a safe area in the most elegant neighborhood, so we walked everywhere. There was also a business center with free printing in the passageway, which was very convenient. The room was fantastic, with lots of character in the old palace. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful, especially the concierge team. We enjoyed eating in all of the restaurants and the service was top-notch.
The only flaw was that requests took a while to be fulfilled, which was a bit frustrating at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from the guards at the door to the front desk, breakfast attendants, bartenders, and housekeeping. They made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room I reserved was lovely. It was spacious, well laid out, and had a tranquil atmosphere. The gardens were also fine. The location in the Recoleta neighborhood was great, with easy access to restaurants and coffee shops. I could walk everywhere, except for La Boca, which required a taxi. this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and despite the crowded check-in, we were greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. Our bags were promptly taken up to our well-appointed room, but not before we were given a tour of the hotel grounds and facilities. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing us with the perfect retreat after a long day of travel.
